Ruffled Puffin Portrait

An unforgettable experience from my trip to Lunga was when I lay down on the ground and got within frame-filling distance to this Puffin. Being extra careful not to step on any burrows or disturb the birds, I was able to watch this mostly very sociable species and get this shot. I'm not quite sure what had gone on to ruffle the feathers so much, perhaps the bird had got into a fight or just needed a good pampering.
