Valentine Station, Arizona

A brief stop before I visited Hackberry, this classic filling station has been set up like days gone by. The forecourt even had its own bell to notify the attendant, activated by driving over (or stamping on) the cable running to the right. It was shut at the time I visited, though the owner was around for a friendly chat. Taken in May 2022, when footfall was very light due to lack of tourism. The car appears to be a 1957 Ford Custom Fordor Sedan.
